Myyntipaikat:

• Vuosipaikat: paikka vuokrataan samalle yrittäjälle koko vuodeksi
• Kuukausipaikat: paikka vuokrataan samalle yrittäjälle yhdeksi tai useammaksi kuukaudeksi
• Kertapaikat

Vuokraus koskee virallisia toripäiviä, jotka ovat tiistai, torstai ja lauantai. Jos päivä on pyhäpäivä, toripäivä siirtyy edeltävälle arkipäivälle.

Myyntiaika on arkipäivinä klo 7.00-14.00 (kesälauantaisin 1.5.-31.8. klo 7.00-15.00). Myynti on järjestettävä siten, ettei se tuota häiriötä. Äänenvahvistimien ja äänentoistolaitteiden käytöstä ulkotiloissa ei tarvitse tehdä ilmoitusta yksittäisten tapahtumien yhteydessä klo 7.00-22.00. Myyntipaikan vuokraajan on vietävä tavaransa ja kalustonsa pois torialueelta klo 15 (kesäisin klo 16) mennessä.

Torikauppiaiden on huolehdittava myyntipaikkojensa siivouksesta ja vietävä roskat ja jätteet keräyspisteisiin.

Vuokra on maksettava laskutusohjeiden mukaisesti. Vuosimaksu voidaan maksaa kahdessa erässä. Kertamaksu maksetaan torivalvojalle. Myyntipaikan vuokraajan on tarvittaessa esitettävä maksettu vuokrakuitti torivalvojalle. Jos vuokramaksun suorittaminen laiminlyödään, vuokralaisen on maksettava korkolain mukaista viivästyskorkoa.

Yli kuukauden ajaksi vuokratun myyntipaikan vuokralaisen on käytettävä myyntioikeutensa tai ilmoitettava tulostaan klo 7.30 mennessä toripäivinä. Mikäli myyntioikeutta ei ole tähän mennessä käytetty, voi torivalvoja myydä käyttämättömän myyntipaikan uudelleen kertapaikkana. Mikäli vuokralainen jättää toistuvasti vuokraamansa toripaikan käyttämättä, voidaan toripaikka vuokrata toiselle.

Forssan kaupunki ei palauta vuosi- tai kuukausipaikoista maksettuja vuokria, vaikka vuokraaja jättäisi myyntipaikkansa käyttämättä.

Myyntipaikan vuokraaja ei saa luovuttaa tai siirtää myyntipaikkaansa toiselle ilman torivalvojan suostumusta.

Myyntipaikan vuokraaja sitoutuu noudattamaan kaikkia toria ja torikauppaa koskevia ja voimassaolevia lakeja, säädöksiä ja asetuksia, ja niiden mahdollisia muutoksia. Forssan kaupungin kauppatoria koskevat säädökset ovat voimassa kaikissa kauppatorilla järjestettävissä tapahtumissa eikä tapahtumajärjestäjän ohjeet kumoa näitä ohjeita.

Laatoitusalueiden pinnat on suojattava roiskerasvoista sekä ajoneuvoista ja laitteista mahdollisesti vuotavista öljyistä. Kulkureiteillä ei saa pitää myytäviä tai muita tavaroita.

Sähkön käytöstä on sovittava torivalvojan kanssa. Sähkökaapin nostossa ei saa käyttää porakonetta.

Jos torilla järjestetään toripäivinä markkinatapahtuma, torimyyntipaikan vähintään 3 kuukaudeksi vuokranneella myyjällä on oikeus myydä tuotteitaan normaalina toriaikana vuokraamallaan myyntipaikalla ilman lisämaksua. Poikkeuksen tähän sääntöön muodostavat pitemmät vähintään 2 vuorokauden tapahtumat.

Jos torialue siivotaan kaupungin toimesta tapahtumien jälkeen, siivouksesta peritään korvaus kustannusten mukaan. Jos tapahtumassa tarvitaan ylimääräisiä roskalavoja, niistä veloitetaan 100 euroa kappaleelta.

Vuokrattu myyntipaikka voidaan toritapahtuman, sirkuksen tai tivolin aikana siirtää tilapäisesti toiseen paikkaan.

Torin alueella ei saa torin aikana pysäköidä ajoneuvoja muualle kuin niille osoitetuille paikoille. Kuljetusvälineiden sijoittaminen automyyntipaikan jatkeeksi tai toiselle myyntipaikalle on kielletty ilman torivalvojan lupaa.

Myyntipaikan vuokraajan tulee mukautua vuokra-aikana tarpeellisiin toimenpiteisiin, joita esimerkiksi liikenne-, katu-, johto- tai puhtaanapitotyöt aiheuttavat.

• Annual stalls: the stall is rented to the same entrepreneur for the whole year
  • Monthly stalls: the stall is rented to the same entrepreneur for one or several months
  • One-off stalls
• Rental applies to official market days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If the day is a public holiday, the market day is transferred to the previous weekday.
• Trading hours: from 07.00 to 14.00 on weekdays (on Saturdays in summer, 1 May to 31 August, from 07.00 to 15.00). Sales must be organised so that no disturbance is caused. In connection with one-off events, no notification is required for the use of sound amplifiers and sound reproduction equipment outdoors from 07.00 to 22.00. Traders renting a stall must clear their products and equipment out of the market square area by 15.00 (16.00 in summer). 
• Rent must be paid according to the invoicing instructions. The annual rental fee can be paid in two instalments. The one-off rental fee must be paid to the market square supervisor. If requested to do so, traders renting a stall must present a receipt of the paid rental fee to the market square supervisor. For any late payment of the rental fee, the trader renting a stall is liable to pay interest for late payment in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.
• Traders renting a stall for more than one month must exercise their right to sell, or notify of arrival, by 07.30 on market days. If the right to sell is not exercised by that time, the market square supervisor may sell an unused stall forward as a one-off stall. If traders renting a stall repeatedly fail to show up at their designated stall, the stall can be rented out to another trader. 
• The City of Forssa will not refund rent paid for annual or monthly stalls even if the trader renting a stall does not use the stall.
• Traders renting a stall may not assign or transfer the stall to another party without the market square supervisor’s consent.
• Traders renting a stall agree to comply with all legislation, regulations and decrees applicable to markets and trading on markets, and any amendments thereto. The regulations concerning the Market Square in the city of Forssa are valid for all events held at the Market Square and the instructions of the event organizer do not repeal these instructions.
• If a market event is held at the Market Square on market days, the trader renting a stall  for at least 3 months has the right to sell his products at a stall designated by the market organiser during normal market hours at no extra charge. Exceptions to this rule are longer events of at least 2 days.
• A rented stall can be temporarily relocated due to a market event or when a circus or funfair is in town.
• The surfaces of paved areas must be protected from fat spills and any oil leakage from vehicles and equipment. No items for sale or other goods may be kept in passageways. 
• Traders renting a stall must ensure the cleaning of their stalls and take all garbage and waste to the collection points.
• The use of electricity must be agreed on with the market square supervisor. No drilling machine may be used in elevating the switchboard. 
• If the Market Square area is cleaned by the city after an event, a fee will be collected for the cleaning according to actual costs. If extra dumpsters are needed for any event, the charge is €100 per piece.
• Parking of vehicles is not permitted in the Market Square area during trading hours except on designated slots. Transport equipment may not be placed adjacent to vehicle stalls or on another stall without the market square supervisor’s permission.
• During the rental period, traders renting a stall must agree to measures necessary, for instance, due to traffic, street, wiring or cleaning works.
